When your Earthy Homes order arrives, we recommend taking a few moments before opening it.
Inspect the outer carton for any visible signs of transit damage such as:
• Torn packaging
• Crushed corners
• Water damage
• Punctures
• Broken seals
Minor cosmetic marks on the shipping carton may occur during transportation and do not necessarily indicate damage to the contents.
If you notice severe external damage, we recommend photographing the package before opening it. These photographs may assist us should a shipping claim become necessary.
