Earthy Homes collections feature genuine 24K gold detailing.

Gold has long symbolised celebration, craftsmanship and timeless elegance within Indian culture.

Rather than overwhelming a design, we use gold selectively to highlight important artistic elements and create subtle sophistication.

Because this detailing is genuine precious metal, it requires additional care.

With thoughtful handling, the brilliance of the gold can be enjoyed for many years.

Before using your collection for the first time, we recommend gently washing every piece. Use: • Warm water

• Mild dishwashing liquid

• Soft sponge

• Soft cotton or microfiber cloth

This removes any dust that may have accumulated during packing and transit.

Dry immediately using a lint-free cloth before storing or serving food.

For regular cleaning, we recommend:

Avoid:

Collections Without Gold Detailing

Many Earthy Homes collections without metallic finishes may be suitable for dishwasher use on a gentle cycle.

We nevertheless recommend hand washing whenever possible to maximise longevity.

Collections Featuring 24K Gold

Collections with genuine 24K gold detailing should always be hand washed.

Repeated exposure to high dishwasher temperatures and strong detergents may gradually reduce the brilliance of metallic finishes.

Hand washing remains the safest method for preserving luxury finishes.

Collections featuring metallic or 24K gold detailing should never be placed in a microwave oven.

Metallic elements may cause arcing and permanently damage both the dinnerware and the appliance.

Earthy Homes dinnerware has been designed primarily for serving and presentation.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, we do not recommend placing Fine Bone China directly into conventional ovens.

Sudden exposure to very high temperatures may reduce the lifespan of the collection.

One of the most common causes of damage to Fine Bone China is thermal shock.

Avoid:

• Pouring boiling liquids into extremely cold bowls

• Placing refrigerated plates directly into hot ovens

• Running cold water over hot dinnerware

Allow pieces to gradually adjust to temperature changes whenever possible.

Gold detailing deserves particular attention.

To preserve its brilliance:

• Wash gently by hand.

• Avoid abrasive cloths.

• Avoid stacking pieces roughly.

• Dry immediately after washing.

• Store carefully.
